Hi, I'm RamyA.

I’m an Austin-based SaaS finance executive with over 15 years of corporate financial management and tech investing experience with venture-stage through IPO-ready businesses. My areas of expertise include strategic planning, FP&A, fundraising, investor relations/board management, and building/scaling financial operations. I enjoy applying the pattern recognition I’ve gained from a career in tech investing to the unique opportunities and challenges of early-stage companies.

I take a data-driven approach to capital management, whether the focus is investing for growth in a startup environment or scaling companies for sustained profitability. I’m skilled at quantitatively evaluating the wide range of financial decisions that confront high-growth companies, as well as at structuring and executing capital raises, M&A, and exits.

I’m currently the head of finance at Workweek, the platform for (actually enjoyable) professional networks. Previously, I provided finance leadership to venture-backed B2B and consumer SaaS, marketplace, fintech, and health tech startups at LitLingo, Priori, and Propeller Industries. I’ve spent over a decade as a private equity investor focused on technology and business services, most recently at SNH Capital and Advantage Capital in Austin, TX. I began my career in middle market buyout investing at Seaport Capital in New York.

I'm a proud alum of both the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (MBA) and New York University’s Stern School of Business (BS in Finance).

In my spare time, I build and support woman-focused communities and provide pro bono consulting to under-represented entrepreneurs and non-profits. I also enjoy creating music and art as a hobbyist drummer and ceramicist.
